The Senior and Senior Prep groups will continue with dryland training on Tuesday and Thursdays from 5 until 5:30 until the end of Session 1 (Thanksgving).  Dryland training will resume at the start of Session 3, February 23rd.

As always, we will send out a notice ahead of time if dryland training is canceled due to inclement weather.
