Joey Kelly, Fairfax High School, broke the State Record in the 50 SCM Freestyle with a time of 23.67.  Joey placed 1st in both the 50 & 100 freestyle and 2nd in both the 200 & 400 Freestyle Relays.

Tuesday, February 23- No PM practices will be held due to CAA Conference Championships.
SR & HS Groups will practice from 4:45-6:15 AM
SR Prep & Junior Groups will practice from 5:00-6:15 AM
 
Wednesday, February 24- Saturday February 27- No AM or PM practices will be held in the competition or recreational pools due to CAA Conference Swimming & Diving Championships
 

Sunday, February 28
Senior Champ & Junior Olympic Qualifiers will practice from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
Junior I & II, AG I & AG II will practice from 2:00 - 3:00 PM
Mini Mako Competitive, Stroke Mechanics Groups & AG I will practice from 3:00-4:00 PM
Mini Mako Developmental will practice from 2:00-2:45 PM in the recreational pool

All Junior Olympic qualifiers needs to practice 3 times, and Senior Champ qualifiers 4-5 times, during the week of Monday, February 22- Sunday, February 28.

Wednesday or Thursday or Friday (Choose 1 day to swim on your own at a local rec facility- Coach Mike will post a workout/practice on his blog, Coach Peter will supply one for you at practice ahead of time)
Saturday, February 27 4:00 PM @ Claude Moore (Only if you are entered in the SNOW/MAKO Qualifier)
