MAKO/CUBU/YORK FALL TRI- MEET UPDATE
Please note the following changes to our meet announcement regarding entries and THE SHARK AWARD.
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 6 individual events during the entire meet and no more than 3 individual events per day, unless you are trying to win THE SHARK AWARD, in which case you may have 4 events on Sunday, which could possibly result in 7 individual events.
THE SHARK AWARD- 11-12, 13-14 & 15&Over
This award will be based on the accumulated times from the following 6 events: 200 INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY, 200 FREESTYLE, 100 FREE, 100 BACK, 100 BREAST, AND THE 100 BUTTERFLY. The swimmer must legally swim all 6 of the above events to be eligible.
THE SHARK AWARD- 8&Unders, 9-10
This award will be based on the accumulated times from the following 6 events for the 8&Unders: 100 INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY, 50 FREESTYLE, 25 FREE, 25 BACK, 25 BREAST, AND THE 25 BUTTERFLY.
This award will be based on the accumulated times from the following 6 events for the 9-10 yr olds: 100 INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY, 100 FREESTYLE, 50 FREE, 50 BACK, 50 BREAST, AND THE 50 BUTTERFLY.
