FISH Long Course Derby Meet, May 16-17 @ GMU
Please use this link http://www.pvswim.org/0809meet/09-53-ma.pdf
to review the meet announcement and order of the events.
Please note the following information:
In spirit of the Kentucky Derby each swimmer is required to choose
a horse name along with 2
alternate selections This chosen name is for the sole purpose
of displaying and
announcing; all official final results will be recorded with the
swimmers proper name &
registration information at the conclusion of the meet. If the
supplied horse name is deemed
inappropriate by the meet director another one will be
assigned.
You will enter this meet using our standard procedure, emailing
your name and selected events to makoentries@yahoo.com. In
addition, please list 2-3 horse names.
I will submit all of the team entries along with the excel
spreadsheet which matches the swimmers name with their chosen horse
name to the meet director.
Please note that even though the meet announcement states the entry
due date as April 28, I must have your entry no later than Tuesday,
April 14th , as this meet filled last year and several teams were
not accepted into the meet.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE FISH MEET DIRECTOR FOR ANY REASON.
PLEASE CONTACT COACH HEATHER IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
