13 & Over Timed Finals. Warm-up: 7:00 to 7:50 AM. Events 8:00 AM
11-12 Timed Finals. Warm-up: 11:00 to 11:40 AM. Events 11:50 AM
10 & Under Timed Finals. Warm-up: 2:20 to 3:00 PM. Events 3:10 PM
 

We have nearly 200 MAKO swimmers entered in our meet this weekend, and only a handful of families who have volunteered to help with our meet. If you have a swimmer competing, I am asking you to PLEASE volunteer 2 hours of your time to help out at either concessions, or in the awards / hospitality room. I promise that you will be able to watch your child compete, and won't miss their race. It is essential that we get more participation from our parents, or we will have to make it mandatory in the future. Thank you in advance for your support.

As an extra incentive to volunteer, MAKO photographer Cathy Summers is offering a 10% discount to all volunteers, and Cathy promises to put extra effort into getting pictures of the volunteer's swimmers. (more

Timers: If you'd like to be a timer for the meet, please sign up to do so at the officials table on the pool deck during warm-ups.  Each team will be responsible for contributing timers.

Donations: If you are unable to sign up to volunteer, and would still like to contribute, please bring in either a pre-packaged snack, or a case of water or gatorade for our concession stand.  We would greatly appreciate it.  I will be at the pool tonight to collect these items from 5:15-6:30 PM.  If you cannot make it to the pool tonight, please bring it to the concessions table when you arrive at the meet this weekend.
 
Service Hours for School: If you need to get service hours for middle school or high school, please sign up to help at the meet.  Coach Heather will sign off on those hours.

Please note that this meet always fills, and I want to make sure that all of our teams entries get into this meet prior to any other teams, so we are not turned away. I will make adjustment to existing entries after the results of our meet this weekend if necessary.
